Paper Desk is run by one person in Alberta. Call, or leave a message below. Every message is read by hand; nothing here sends an automatic reply.
Phone
If nobody picks up, leave a voicemail with your name and number. Calls are answered when someone is free.
When we're around
Usually weekdays, during the day, Mountain Time (Edmonton and Calgary). Market hours are busy, so evenings and weekends can be quieter. There's no support desk and no set reply time, and some messages may not get an answer.
Never send these
- Passwords or the live PIN
- Desk tokens or API keys
- Brokerage account numbers or statements
- Card, bank or government ID numbers
We will never ask for them, by phone, message or email. If you've sent one anywhere by mistake, change it straight away (a new desk token is on the Connect page).
