Roadmap

The order is fixed. The dates are not.

Each phase has to be earned by the one before it. A gate that fails moves the whole list back, and nothing below is a promise of a feature, a date or a result.

  1. Now

    Prove it on paper

The desk runs every trading day on paper. The work is evidence: real bars through the harness, a forward paper record, and rails that cannot be loosened by anything but a person.

    Backtest harness on real data
Walk-forward and out-of-sample on every strategy, with costs. No synthetic bars count.
    Forward paper trial
Weeks of live-market paper results scored the same way as the backtest.
    Weekly book
A $2,000 paper seed every Monday, a $1,600 hard floor, a $60 daily loss cap and 1% ($20) risk a trade, stock only. The broker balance is display-only.
    The swarm, paper only
A roster of small token-free bots voting, one risk manager, automatic benching.
    This dashboard
Each desk reports to its own account. Start, stop and scan once from a phone.
  2. Next

    Widen what it can watch

Once a rule set passes on one fund, the same harness runs it across a basket of liquid funds, and the forward-test criteria are rewritten for strategies that trade rarely.

    A basket of liquid funds
The daily rules tested across several large index and sector funds, not one.
    Forward-test criteria that fit
Pass marks that make sense for strategies with a handful of trades a month.
    Options, when permitted
Defined-risk option structures, after the broker permissions and the gate both clear. Options can lose their whole value quickly.
    Local model team
Small local models for review and summaries. No paid calls in the trading loop.
    Alerts
A short message when a gate passes, a limit trips or the desk goes quiet.
  3. Later

    More than one desk

The same rails for a team: several desks, named roles, a shared record and an export built for audits. How that is offered and priced is not decided, some of it may need regulatory approval first, and nothing here is a commitment.

    Team accounts
Several desks under one organisation, with who-can-do-what spelled out.
    Audit export
The journal and every rule change, exportable, with timestamps.
    Hosted option
Being explored: a way to run a desk without a computer under your own desk, only if it can be offered lawfully.
    Pricing
Individual, team and larger-organisation tiers. Coming when the product has earned it.

The road to real money

Four checkpoints, in this order

Each one has to pass before the next is even tried. Skipping one is not an option the software offers. Passing all four still wouldn't mean a strategy will make money.

  1. 01Done

    Rails in code

Weekly book, hard floor, daily cap and 1% risk enforced by the desk itself, not by this site.

  2. 02In progress

    Backtest gate

A rule set clears 60+ unseen trades, profit factor 1.3+, +0.15R a trade and a drawdown under 8R, after estimated costs.

  3. 03Waiting on the gate

    Forward paper trial

The same rule set, run on paper in the live market for weeks, scored the same way.

  4. 04Waiting on the trial

    A small, capped live test

The owner's own money only, with two confirmations, a tiny book and limits fixed in code. Not offered to anyone else.

Current results for every rule set are on the Strategies page.
