Pricing, when the product has earned it.

Nothing is for sale yet and no prices are set. This page shows the tiers we are designing toward. It is a plan, not an offer, and any of it may change. Join the list and you will hear first.

By signing up you agree to get occasional emails from Paper Desk (flash.me.uk) about product news. Each email will say who sent it and include a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask to be removed at any time. See the Privacy Policy.

Side by side

What each tier is meant to include

The rails are the same in every tier. Nobody pays to loosen a limit, and no tier can turn on real money without the backtest gate.

Costs, counted honestly

What a trade costs, and how tests count it

Paper costs nothing

Paper trades use the broker's practice account. No real money moves; any commission shown there is simulated, not charged.

Tests charge estimated costs

Every backtest fill pays an estimate of half the bid-ask spread, a small slippage allowance and a commission based on the broker's published Canadian rates. Real costs can be higher. A rule set that only wins before costs is rejected.

No paid AI in the loop

Trading decisions come from fixed rules and small local models. There is no per-trade AI bill, and an AI can only veto a trade, never start or enlarge one.

Plain answers

Can I buy anything today?
No. Nothing is for sale, no card is taken anywhere on this site and there is no waiting-list fee. The tiers above show the shape, not an offer.
Will joining the list commit me to anything?
No. It is one email address kept for one purpose: a short note when pricing or a new tier is announced. Every note has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask to be removed on the contact page at any time.
Will Paper Desk make money for me?
Nobody can promise that, and this site never will. Paper Desk is a set of rails and a record, and trading can lose money. Backtests are hypothetical and paper results are simulated; even when a rule set passes both, past results are not a forecast.
Is this financial advice?
No. Everything here is a description of what a program does and a record of what it would have done. It is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything, and it doesn't consider your situation.
Is Paper Desk a registered adviser or dealer?
No. Neither Paper Desk nor the person who runs it is registered with any securities regulator in Canada or the US. The site doesn't hold money, manage accounts or place trades for anyone. Any future tier would only be offered in a way the law allows.
